HTF, American made, Thompson Center Arms. 50 caliber black powder OCTAGANAL muzzleloading barrel w/ underlug, for a Flint Lock rifle. Serial number is 4886. Not sure if this was part of a kit gun, or factory assembled rifle, (no model name on barrel). Bore rifling is in EXCELLENT Condition. Note lack of wear to muzzle end rifling, pics 8 & 12. Barrel is 28 long, w/ a fully adjustable rear sight, missing front sight. 935 across the flats full length. Ramrod and front sight are Not included. Weight is 4 lbs. Will require fitting and installation by a professional, qualified, trained, gunsmith, and NO, I do NOT mean your cousin Bubba who also fixes washing machines!!
