Thompson Center Barrel

Rare 300 Weatherby barrel made by MGM. 1 in 10 Twist, 26 in stainless barrel. I put a brand new Vortex 3-9 scope on a Leupold scope mount. I never shot this barrel. I intended to handload for the barrel due to the recommendations I’ve ready on line to reduce the SAAMI pressure. They do not recommend shooting factory loads in the encore barrel. They state it is too much pressure for the receiver. Please research and take care prior to shooting the barrel. I already have a 300 ultra mag so I just don’t need it. I know what I was thinking but I don’t know what I was thinking if you know what I mean. This is part of my gun safe clean out.
