Clean 23 inch bull barrel in 17 HMR, no box. This barrel is made by Thompson Center. Bluing looks good, has a few light scuffs and frame marks. Bore is bright and shiny. It is hard to rate these things but I would say 93%+ and that is me grading it pretty hard. Not drilled for a front sight, but it is drilled for a rear sight, which is not included. Does have some light rust spots around the rear sight drill holes… Not bad, but they are there. Pic actually makes it look worse than it does in real life.
