Thompson Center Contender 7mm T/CU Armour Alloy II Barrel. Original TC AA II 10 barrel. Barrel is not stainless steel and I feel it’s better. For a few years, TC made these with a special electroplated coating which I feel is even more stain resistant, plus it also has some lubricity qualities, for smother functioning. Most all parts, including the bore, were plated with this process. This barrel has it’s front sight holes plugged and includes a silver Weaver 92A scope base. Measures 10 inches overall. Bore has strong rifling with a 1 in 9 left hand twist, I believe. This also has the newer G2 style locking lug. To my knowledge, this barrel has not been modified to fit on stainless or blued frames. Generally, an Armour Alloy frame will be needed in which the frame serial number starts with an “A”. Depending on your blued or stainless frame wear, it may fit. The barrel hinge pin hole could be sanded with a dowel and some fine sanding paper to fit your frame pin. Many TC owners have done this in the past. Any questions, please ask. The rear sight is missing from the barrel but the front sight is still on the barrel. Their is some scratches to the blueing which can be seen in the photos in one area and some frame rub from being mounted on a frame. The bore looks great.
