Great for silhouette shooting. The top has been lightly glass beaded to reduce glare. It comes with a Pachmayr adapter for a Pachmayr fore end. The insert is removable so you can replace the bead front post with other Lyman 7A inserts. I used this while living in southern California to shoot empty propane tanks at 200 yards in the Barstow California desert area. My eyesight is not what it used to be so I can no longer use it. This is a Nice Possibly UNFIRED Condition FACTORY Thompson Center Renegade 50 Cal. Ball Barrel with an aluminum ram rod, Rear Peep , and a GREAT BORE. Looks to me to be in Unfired Condition Or Very close to it, and over 98% on the bluing. Will fit your regular Renegade or T. C Hawken 54 Stock. 1″ X 31 ” with a round ball twist. You look at the pictures an decide for yourself. Round Ball barrels in this kind of shape are rare, Thanks for looking and this one is stamped “renegade” but still would look fine on a 54 Hawken stock also.
