This custom match rechambering allows you to shoot both the 308 Winchester and the 307 Winchester, as the chamber has a rim counterbore that will accommodate either cartridge. Flawlessly extracts both 308 Win and 307 Win brass as the extractor handles both, full bull contour barrel weighs almost 6lbs with forend and scope base, making it a very stable platform for long range shooting! Mirror like bore, target crown, drilled and tapped for a 6-hole scope base, with a Bellm TCs modified Weaver 6-hole scope base installed and included, exceptional condition! Stainless Steel, no box, barrel fits the T/C Thompson Center Encore. ALSO INCLUDED is a custom 12″ long and almost 2″ wide custom Walnut pillar bedded forend made by Tony’s Forends & Grips of Fergus Falls, Minnesota. This custom made forend is vented along either side which allows for barrel cooling, and is pillar bedded which provides the utmost in accuracy potential for the Thompson Center break-action system!
