Thompson/Center 7264744 Encore Barrel 209×50 Magnum 26 WeatherShield Fluted TC4744. Basic 26 Weather Shield Barrel w/Speed Breech 3 Fits Thompson Center Encore, Pro Hunter and Endeavor frames. This Pro Hunter “Basic” barrel is 26 long, Weather Shield finish, 209×50 caliber, fluted, and includes a weaver style Scope base. It does NOT include a front or rear sight. We call it a “Basic” barrel because it’s an excellent foundation to start with when you plan on adding custom sights (like our PeepRib Package) or telescopic sights. Drill and tap is required if you plan on adding a front sight. The new Speed Breech 3 is a breech plug you can easily remove for cleaning… Screw it in or out with your fingers. There’s no extractor… 209 primers are simply removed and replaced with your fingers. We do not cover this cost for our customers nor can we estimate these costs.
