The lugs are welded on with stainless steel rod, the welds may have incomplete bluing, based on how the fill rod mixed with the base metal. It does not mean the barrel was incorrectly blued. T/C frames vary slightly over their 40+ year production. We test fit all barrels on our frame(s) for correct fit and function. In rare cases, you may need to perform minor fitting of this barrel to your frame.

It contains 99% of its original factory blued finish and the rifling is sharp and strong. It looks as if it was rarely used. It is made of durable steel material and is designed for the 221 Remington Fireball gauge/caliber. The barrel comes in a beautiful blue color and includes Leupold scope base and rings for added convenience. This barrel is perfect for hunting or sporting or target purposes and is made in the United States.
