TC Contender Forend 9.5 Inch with Picatinny Rail. A full featured forend for G1 and G2 Contender and well as SSK-50 Barrels and Frames. This forend uses a unique “hanger bar” attachment system. The hanger bar attaches to the barrel and the forend attaches to the hanger bar. At the front there is an integral Picatinny rail where you can attach bipods and other accessories. Built by Dave Van Horn. These barrels are New Old Stock. Some have been on the shelf and, traveling back and forth to gun shows for several years. The lugs are welded on with stainless steel rod, the welds may have incomplete bluing, based on how the fill rod mixed with the base metal. It does not mean the barrel was incorrectly blued. T/C frames vary slightly over their 40+ year production. We test fit all barrels on our frame(s) for correct fit and function. In rare cases, you may need to perform minor fitting of this barrel to your frame.

It features a 10-inch bull barrel in a blue finish, designed for the. 22 Long Rifle caliber. 10 bull barrel for the Thompson center contender. It comes with Leopold scope base and rings installed for a 1 tube. Rifling is still sharp and crisp with plenty of life left in it. It does have some slight marks from the forend rubbing, but other than that it is in great shape.
