50 caliber Round Barrel for a… Thompson Center New Englander! 50 caliber Round barrel! Outside finish is browned… This barrel has been stripped and browned presumably by hand. If you are into the original finishes this is unique. I have never seen a New Englander with a browned barrel. The bore has the normal wear and tear of a muzzle loader you can see some of the pitting etc that goes with it. It has good rifling and will shoot accurately. Bargain for a used. Good solid Barrel to take into the woods. This barrel is used but It needs taken out and worked. I have good pictures showing it. I got some good pics of it. A very unique 50 caliber round barrel 25 long in a Thompson Center configuration. Black powder muzzle loader. This is the actual barrel assembly as shown in the pic.
