Ready to go on all Contender frames….. Hard to find, Thompson Center, Super 14, Contender. 223 Remington, Armour Alloy II Barrel. Original TC AA II 14 barrel. Barrel is not stainless steel and I feel it’s better. For a few years, TC made these with a special electroplated coating which I feel is even more stain resistant, plus it also has some lubricity qualities, for smother functioning. Most all parts, including the bore, were plated with this process. This barrel doesn’t have it’s front sight holes plugged and includes a blued Redfield base & triple ring set ready to mount your scope. Measures 14 inches overall. Bore has strong rifling with a 1 in 12 right hand twist, I believe. This barrel has been “Factory modified” to fit on stainless or blued frames, as well as an Armour Alloy frame. Note the “&” stamp near the front right side of the underlug as this is how TC stamped the barrels after they made the modification to fit all Contender frames. I believe that will also fit the G2 frames as the barrels are the same dimensions. Any questions, please ask. More listings to come shortly.

Thompson Center Contender 7mm T/CU Armour Alloy II Barrel. Original TC AA II 10 barrel. Barrel is not stainless steel and I feel it’s better. Most all parts, including the bore, were plated with this process. This barrel has it’s front sight holes plugged and includes a silver Weaver 92A scope base. Measures 10 inches overall. Bore has strong rifling with a 1 in 9 left hand twist, I believe. This also has the newer G2 style locking lug. To my knowledge, this barrel has not been modified to fit on stainless or blued frames. Generally, an Armour Alloy frame will be needed in which the frame serial number starts with an “A”. Depending on your blued or stainless frame wear, it may fit. The barrel hinge pin hole could be sanded with a dowel and some fine sanding paper to fit your frame pin. Many TC owners have done this in the past. Any questions, please ask.
