This is a gorgeous walnut Thompson Center Hawken stock, brass nose cap shown in photo. The brass butt has been replaced with a nice recoil dampening Uncle Mike’s recoil pad. This stock is used but in great condition and has a better than average wood grain that is gorgeous in my opinion. The only flaw I have found is a chip of wood missing under nose cone that is not visible with brass nose cap installed. I have not noticed any significant scratches or dings in the finish on the wood.
